The lake is situated in high altitude, and it is surrounded by Rara National Park’s Forest of pine and Juniper. Rara is the biggest lake of Nepal. Murma Top is another attraction for the trekkers, from where one can view Rara lake and some mountain ranges. It will be a nice day hike to this place from Rara.
