On 13th November 2017, Ashok Tamang, a determined mountaineer, successfully summited Pisang Peak. His success was the result of careful preparation, teamwork, and sheer perseverance. Ashok’s summit marked an important achievement not only in his personal mountaineering journey but also for the climbing community in Nepal. His ascent was celebrated by the local community and mountaineers, especially for representing the growing spirit of Nepali climbers achieving new heights on some of the world’s most iconic peaks.
