The trek goes continue to Manang valley with an overnight stay at Chame, Pisang, Ngwale & You have a rest day in Manang to adopt the high altitude then you Continue trek to Thorong La pass by an overnight stay at Yak Kharka and Thorong Phedi or high camp. You pass the Thorong La, the main attraction of the trek. The Thorong La pass is the highest trekking pass in Nepal. You reach Muktinath and visit the Muktinath temple too “the God of salvation” and trek to Jomsom via Kagbeni. You then take morning flight Pokhara to end the trek.
